Billing & terms
Our Website Care Plans are billed monthly in advance. No lock-in contracts, no awkward breakups. You can pay by credit card or direct debit, whatever suits you.
Included support hours reset each month and don't roll over (like unused gym memberships… sorry). If a request looks like it'll go beyond your plan's time allowance, we'll give you a heads-up first. No surprises, you're always in control.

Yep, our care plans are month-to-month with no lock-ins. Just give us 30 days' notice so we can wrap things up properly.
What happens if I don't use my Website Care Plan's included hours?
They don't roll over (like unused frequent flyer points, unfortunately). But we'll always help you get value, whether it's small updates, advice, or quick fixes.
What if I go over my Website Care Plan's hours?
We'll always let you know before that happens. Any extra time is billed at your plan's hourly rate, and you're in control of how we proceed.
Do you update plugins and themes safely?
Absolutely. We run updates in a controlled environment and test for issues. No cowboy coding here.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Website Care Plan later?
Of course. Your needs can change, and your plan can too. We'll even recommend it if we think there's a better fit.
How is Strategic SEO different from basic SEO?

Not as part of the audit, but we can absolutely help implement the recommendations under a Website Care Plan or separate project.
Will a Website Health Check improve my SEO or performance immediately?
The audit itself won't. Think of it as your diagnostic. Once we action the findings, that's where the real improvements start.
